The staff is so friendly and I got my food so fast! I'm not kidding, MAYBE 8 minutes if that. Definitely would come back!

We had the spring rolls, egg rolls, pho, and vermicelli rice noodles with beef. This was exactly what we needed in our search for good Asian food in the area. We will definitely be back.

I'm once again visiting my son in Asheville, & Wild Ginger was our lunch destination. The workers couldn't have been friendlier. That really stood out. As we were seated, I eyed all the food on other tables, & I knew we were in a great spot. I ordered "Tofu stir fried vegetables in light coconut sauce". I also asked them to make it a little spicy. The dish arrived & I was one happy camper. The curry & coconut & spices & lime & myriad of different vegetables harmonized very well. And the serving was decent size. I totally loved my Wild Ginger moment.

My partner and I have ordered take out twice from this restaurant. The quality and quantity of the food allows us to have two or two and a half meals. Noodles are delicious. Soups are very tasty. Usually a half hour or more wait for the takeout order so don't rush right over, otherwise you'll be sitting and staring at a humongous cotton candy machine that takes up enough space for another table of four. It has been busy both times I have picked up food there. Quiet atmosphere with a variety of customers including many Asians.

My daughter and I have eaten here multiple times and will continue to return based upon the excellent foods they serve. The restaurant is simple, but very cute. They do a tremendous takeout business with people coming in constantly picking up multiple bags of food. Every time we've gone there, the takeout is rapid and large while the restaurant is also full. Our waitress was very kind. She explained things to us as I wanted to try something new. My daughter is a pho fiend, as am l, but a Vietnamese fish sandwich hit the spot. My daughter got the seafood pho this time and said it was absolutely delicious. Her portion was extremely large, even though she purchased a small, she brought almost half of it home. For the first time I had a fried fish Vietnamese sandwich. It had the most delicious marinated vegetables and cilantro on top of a fresh bun with a super crispy piece of fish on the sandwich. I was only able to finish half. Yummy more for later!! My daughter raved about her pho And my Vietnamese sandwich was absolutely incredible and with the best fried sweet potatoes ever. Now to the good part. A few visits back my daughter, and I shared a dessert that we had never seen or heard of before. It was so good. We've gone back twice and they had already run out of Sapin Sapin. When we went this time, The first thing we said is there any Sapin Sapin !! She said yes, and we begged her to put ours aside (not to take a chance) because the restaurant was so busy. It is one of the most colorful, beautiful desserts you've ever seen layers of dark purple, green and white, but that says nothing about the flavor. This is melt in your mouth deliciousness go there just to try, Sapin Sapin you actually don't need another reason lol. Multiple people sitting on either side of us ask us what we were eating when they saw it. People see it on the menu but don't think to order it and that is just disastrous lol! Unless we're there and there's only a little left then please don't order it. Please try out wild Ginger. It's nestled in a small shopping center easily accessible with free parking. It's now become a regular on our list of restaurants.

This is the only place I go for pho! So delicious and has great vegetarian options, I only wish they could do delivery out to West Asheville. Nonetheless, it is very much worth the short drive for some delicious pho!

My friend recommended this place saying that this was her favorite Vietnamese place in the area, so she took me here. She said that usually there was a wait time for a table but when we got there, we had no wait at all. I got the Tofu Banh Mi + sweet potato fries and it was great. The sandwich was very tasty, the veggies were fresh and crunchy, the pickled veggies inside the sandwich were executed well. The amount of filling in the sandwich itself was just right. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Filipino desserts on the menu too. Next time I'll have to come back and try them. For me, I wish there the fry portion size was a little bit bigger considering the price. But other than that we had a great time. Service was excellent and always checked up on us. Also our food didn't take very long to come out as well. We felt well-taken care of. Thanks Wild Ginger! I'll be back when I'm in Asheville again :)

Visiting Asheville, or anywhere out of town really, I always make an effort to check out that city's pho spot. This restaurant was solid for the most part. More authentic than not. The menu actually had items in Viet...which typically entails a good sign. The pho was fairly good and I really appreciate the sides/toppings you ALWAYS look for when having pho. Their sauté was probably some of the best I've had and appreciate them even having it. Good amount of noodles and good amount of meat. The broth was solid, nothing amazing but definitely made due for a pho craving. The menu is a good side with many options. We got their wings as an app but was too sweet to eat it all and had too much of its sauce on it. The service was really good and everyone came off kind and polite. A medium sized restaurant, would come back.

Friends recommended Wild Ginger after our return from Vietnam. Apparently, the prior restaurant at this location served Vietnamese cuisine? Service was good and the setting comfortable and casual and busy last Monday at lunch. There is also limited sidewalk seating outdoors. Our meals were good but we were spoiled after having just returned from vacation.
